Top concerns for B2C companies on online marketplaces in Sweden 2022
A survey about Swedish B2C businesses and online marketplaces shows a difference between what problems companies anticipate versus what they actually face. Executives from B2C companies that trade on digital marketplaces cited logistics and returns as their biggest concerns. Only two percent of e-commerce companies planning to sell via online marketplaces see logistics as challenging. The leading risk retailers foresee in using or launching online marketplaces is control issues, with one-third of respondents. Only nine percent of companies already selling on online marketplaces share this sentiment.
