Executives from B2C companies that trade on digital marketplaces cited logistics and returns as their biggest concerns. Only two percent of e-commerce companies planning to sell via online marketplaces see logistics as challenging. The leading risk retailers foresee in using or launching online marketplaces is control issues, with one-third of respondents. Only nine percent of companies already selling on online marketplaces share this sentiment.
