According to a survey conducted in South in May 2022 on the effectiveness of home office, the majority of female and male respondents thought that their work was hard to handle in home office with a share of almost half of the respondents. The share of women finding it hard to deal with remote work due to housework and childcare was around twice as high as their male counterpart.
