Due to the coronavirus pandemic, many companies introduced a hybrid working model, allowing employees to work from home or another location. The results of a 2022 survey among office occupiers shows that in the Asia-Pacific region, approximately 38 percent of companies fully work from the office compared to a much lower percentage in the United States. In the EMEA region and the U.S. the majority of office occupiers reported that in a steady state situation, they split their time between the office and an alternative location.
