Preferred location for home buyers worldwide 2022
When looking to purchase property, about 53 percent of home buyers in 2022 preferred that the property was located in a resort or coastal area. The second most desired location for property was in capital cities which was preferred by 43 percent of applicants. The least desired location for properties was in villages by only 11 percent of home buyers.
