Net investment return of rented apartment in major cities in Poland 2022, by area
During the period under review, the most profitable was the rental of small apartments in Poland, where the highest return was 6.7 percent (Szczecin), and the lowest was 4.8 percent (Rzeszow). For 70-square-meter flats, the highest rental return was 5.5 percent (Wroclaw), and the lowest was 3.9 percent (Bialystok).
