U.S.: public EVSE ports per 100 electric vehicles by state Q3 2022
In the third quarter of 2022, North Dakota reported the highest ratio of public electric vehicle supply equipment per 100 electric vehicles (EVs), with around 21.3 vehicles per 100 EVs. Wyoming and West Virginia were second and third in this ranking, with 20 and 16.1 EVSE ports per 100 EVs. As of December 2022, North Dakota, West Virginia, and Wyoming were among the six states with the lowest ratio of plug-in electric vehicle registrations per 1,000 inhabitants.
