Non-face-to-face strategy awareness of companies South Korea 2021
In 2021, about 49 percent of companies in South Korea were aware of the developing non-face-to-face business strategy in the industry, but did not have plans to apply or align their business to it. Overall, most companies were aware of the non-face-to-face trend, which has come to the forefront after the COVID-19 pandemic and the social distancing regulations that it entailed.
