Status of ESG initiatives among private real estate fund managers in Japan H2 2022
According to a survey conducted between January and February 2023, around 80 percent of private real estate fund managers in Japan engaged in the formulation of business continuity plans in the second half of 2022. For 77 percent of respondents obtaining environmental certifications was part of an effort to incorporate environmental and social considerations into their business practices.
