Top skills for companies according to PRs 2023

A spring 2023 survey among public relations (PR) professionals in the United States, Canada, Europe, and Asia asked them to select a maximum of four skills the companies they worked for will need in the next five years to succeed. Media relations ranked first, mentioned by 47 percent of the interviewees. Strategic planning followed, cited by 46 percent. According to another source's projections, the global PR industry revenue will surpass 107 billion U.S. dollars in 2023.
