Number of employees of Vinci worldwide 2023, by type and gender

By far, most of the global employees of Vinci in 2023 were men. That was true for managerial and non-managerial types of roles, but that gender difference was somewhat less pronounced at the managerial level. Nevertheless, approximately 42,090 of the managers were men, while only 12,640 of them were women, which was still an important difference. There were also roughly 20 employees with another gender identity.
