In 2023, the total number of tourist arrivals (including both foreign and local tourists) to accommodation establishments in Turkey totaled roughly 77.3 million. The majority of tourists stayed in hotels during their visits, amounting to nearly 63.3 million. Additionally, pensions attracted 4.5 million tourists in the same year.
