The ability to engage with app features that allowed app users to create and manage watchlists received an indifferent score, with respondents providing a range from 2.9 to 3.2 this task was seen as neither easy nor difficult. Features allowing app users to view and manage notifications also received a limited range in scoring as the lowest score of 3.9 was given by respondents in the portfolio range of 20,000 to 50,000 British pounds, while the highest score of 4.1 was given by those having a portfolio value of over 100,00 British pounds.

Survey respondents were located in the United Kingdom ranging from 18 to 75
years old. Each respondent was a user of a trading app with varying portfolio values and goals.
Respondents were asked to score the ease of using specific app features from one to five. One being difficult and five being easy.
