Passenger journeys on the Blackpool Tramway in the UK 2000-2018
This statistic shows the number of passenger journeys on the Blackpool Tramway in the UK from 2000/01 to 2017/18. The Blackpool Tramway saw a drop in the number of passenger journeys made from 2001 to 2011, however, this is mostly due to development works which were taking place in order to update the network. The up-dated tramline was re-opened in 2012, hence the surge in passenger journeys in that year. The Blackpool Tramway operates on the Fylde coast in Lancashire in the North West of England.
