The Index of Private Housing Rental Prices measures the change in price of renting residential property from private landlords, based on an index value of 100 in January 2015. The IPHRP saw the highest growth in England, reaching 113 index points in March 2022. In comparison, the index amounted to 106.5 index points in Scotland and 107.8 index points in Wales.
