France: quarterly rent reference index 2012-2023

The quarterly rent reference index (IRL) in France reached 141 percent in the third quarter of 2023, which was about five index points higher than one year ago. The base of the index was set to 100 in 1998, which means that rents have increased by 41 percent since then.
