The monthly office real estate take-up in London West End in June 2022 reached the highest value since July 2018, when it amounted to almost 1.2 million square feet. In June 2022, a total of one million square feet of office space was transacted, showing signs that the market is recovering after the pandemic. In April 2020, which was the month with the least transaction activity, the take-up rate fell to less than 42,000 square feet.
