Office real estate vacancy rate in different districts in London 2020-2022
Almost all London districts saw the office vacancy rate fall between the second quarter of 2021 and 2022, indicating that the office market has been on a path of recovery. Paddington, Battersea/Vauxhall, and King's Cross were the districts with the lowest office vacancy rate in London in the second quarter of 2022, with less than four percent of office space vacant. White City, on the other hand, had more than one-third of office space vacant during this period.
