After falling dramatically due to the effects of the coronavirus (COVID-19) crisis, leasing activity in the office real estate sector in London picked up in the first quarter of 2022. London Southbank witnessed take-up increase five-fold, while London City, the largest office market in UK saw take-up increase by 56 percent.
