Knowledge of carbon capture and storage in in the United Kingdom (UK) 2019

This survey is part of the Department for Business, Energy & Industrial Strategy (BEIS) Energy and Climate Change Public Attitude Tracking Survey in the United Kingdom (UK) in 2019. The survey is conducted four times a year, using face-to-face interviews with a representative sample of UK households. Overall, just 40 percent of respondents were aware of carbon capture and storage to some degree. 59 percent of respondents said they had never heard of the concept.
