Supplementary notes

Further information from the source: "School expectancy corresponds to the expected years of education over a lifetime and has been calculated adding the single-year enrolment rates for all ages. This type of estimate will be accurate if current patterns of enrolment continue in the future. Estimates are based on headcount data. To illustrate the meaning of school expectancy, let us take an example: school expectancy for the age of 10 would be one year if all 10-year-old students (in the year of the data collection) were enrolled. If only 50 % of 10-year-olds were enrolled, school expectancy for the age of 10 would be half a year."
