Africa - passenger car production 2013-2021
Between 2013 and 2019, passenger car production in Africa was mainly rising, peaking at around 796,000 passenger cars produced in 2019. In 2020 and 2021, however, the production level was below the 2019 level. At the end of the given period, around 606,570 passenger cars were produced in Africa, an increase of almost eight percent compared with the previous year.
