Production of hot rolled steel plate in the United Kingdom (UK) 2004-2021
In the period of consideration, the production levels noticeably declined in the recession and fluctuated in the years following, with annual output never exceeding one million metric tons. In 2018, some 550,000 metric tons of hot rolled plates were produced. However, the country did not register any production values for hot rolled plates in the last three consecutive years.
