The Hebron oil field off the coast of Newfoundland is the most productive oil field in Canada. In 2020, nearly 22.4 thousand cubic meters worth of crude oil were extracted from Hebron. This was followed by another offshore oil field, Hibernia, also located off Newfoundland and with a daily production output of 18.7 thousand cubic meters.
