Oil sands daily production in Canada by scenario forecast 2014-2039
Canada's oil sands production varies according to each scenario. In the high case scenario, figures are estimated to continuously increase from 2.05 million to 5.78 million barrels per day from 2014 to 2039. The reference case scenario also predicts a continuous rise, reaching 4.75 million barrels per day in 2039. On the other hand, the low case scenario projects a peak of 4.58 million barrels per day in 2030.
