UK Aviva workforce gender diversity in 2021, by position

The distribution of jobs among male and female employees across different position levels at Aviva Plc varied in 2021. Aviva Plc is a multinational life insurance group based in the United Kingdom. As of 31 December 2021, the average number of employees in the company was 23,062. Out of these employees, more than 65 percent of those in senior management positions were male. Additionally, seven men and five women were board members. The gender divide was smallest among the Aviva Plc employees, with 51.3 percent male employees and 48.7 percent female employees.
