The global turnover of the Hong Kong-based DFS Group amounted to approximately 2.2 billion euros in 2020, which is nearly half of what the travel retailer made in 2019. The coronavirus (COVID-19) caused a heavy decline in turnover for many duty free and travel retail companies in 2020, including The Shilla Duty Free and King Power International Group (Thailand).
