Public opinion on the MPs most suited to run for leader of the labour party 2016 This statistic shows the public opinion of British citizens, concerning the next leader of the Labour party in the United Kingdom (UK) if Jeremy Corby resigns as of June 27th 2016. During the survey period it was found that Hillary Benn is the current favorite for the position among respondents with 13 percent choosing him, followed by Chuka Umunna and Yvette Cooper at 7 and 4 percent respectively.
