U.S. Architecture Billings Index 2016 This statistic provides the monthly national average of the Architecture Billings Index (ABI) in the United States from December 2015 to October 2016. In February 2016, the national ABI was calculated at 50.3. A score above 50 indicates an increase in billings. The ABI provides a score for the future of non-residential construction spending activity, based on the increase, decrease, or stable levels of billings received by the industry's companies.
