US women who received a mammogram by health care coverage 2015

This statistic displays the percentage of U.S. women aged 50 to 74 years who had received a mammogram or breast cancer screening within the past two years as of 2015, by health care coverage. About 76.7 percent of respondents with private health care coverage reported that they had received a breast cancer screening within the past two years, while 35.3 percent of uninsured respondents reported that they had received a breast cancer screening. According to the survey, mammography usage was lowest in those with lower education levels and those without insurance or access to regular health services.
