U.S. garbage collection payment methods by community type 2017
This statistic shows the results of a survey among Americans in 2017 in regards to their way of paying for garbage collection services, with a breakdown by type of community the respondents lived in. As of March 2017, some 54 percent of respondents living in rural communities stated that they were paying the service provider directly.
