Italy: reasons to buy property 2012-2017
This statistic shows the leading reasons why Italian families would buy a property between 2012 and 2017. According to the study, as of 2017, over 78 percent of Italian families would buy their first home, while only 6.1 percent of the respondents would buy a property for investment reasons.
