This statistic shows the share of wasted meat of the total amount of fresh meat produced in Norway from 2010 to 2015. During this period, the share of food wasted in the Norwegian meat sector fluctuated. Between 2012 and 2014, the share of wasted meat of the total produced volume decreased from 1.32 percent in 2012 to 1.10 percent in 2014. The figures show, that the share increased again in 2015, when 1.36 percent of all fresh meat produced in Norway was wasted.
