BNP Paribas: share of employees by business line 2023

In 2023, the French group BNP Paribas dedicated 55.6 percent of its workforce to commercial, personal banking and services. That is to say, almost three quarters of BNP's French and international staff were involved in retail banking and specialized financial services.
