Italy: pending real estate auctions by macro-region 2017
This statistic illustrates the number of pending real estate auctions in Italy in 2017, broken down by macro-region. According to the study results, there were more than 88 thousand pending auctions in the North West. This was about double the figure for Islands (49 thousand pending auctions), and similar to the number of pending auctions in the South (about 82 thousand), where the average duration of real estate auctions was particularly high.
