Colombia: volume of refined copper consumption 2007-2018

The consumption of refined copper in Colombia remains at its lowest since at least 2007. In 2018, around one hundred metric tons of refined copper were consumed in the South American country. That represents a decline of over 99 percent in comparison to the 10.7 thousand metric tons peak observed in 2013. On the other hand, Colombia's copper production has been increasing throughout recent years.
