The source adds the following information: "Revenue is attributable to the one principal activity of the business. Revenue represents net invoiced sales of goods including postage and packing receipts, excluding value added tax. Revenue from the sale of goods is recognized when the customer has received the products and is adjusted for actual returns and a provision for expected returns."

* The Plc. group owns the brands Boohoo and BoohooMAN in the UK. On 3 January 2017 the group acquired a 66 percent interest in the UK brand, Limited, and on 28 February it acquired the US brand, Nasty Gal, (trademarks and customer lists).
