This statistic depicts the results of a survey conducted from September to October 2017 across 12 cities in India about the acceptance of Internet of Things (IoT) for home appliance monitoring. During the survey period, around 36 percent of respondents stated that they would probably accept new technology relating to IoT for household appliance monitoring systems in their homes.

The report is based on over 2,000 face to face interviews conducted in Mumbai, Delhi, Chandigarh, Jaipur, Kolkata, Pune, Chennai, Patna, Bangalore, Lucknow, Ahmedabad and Hyderabad.
