This statistic shows the results of a 2017 survey on the greatest business priorities of the United Kingdom contsruction industry in the next three years. Of respondents, 91 percent thought "understanding customer needs" to be of importance to the success of their organization. Additionally, 88 percent of respondents believed "well-trained and appropriately skilled staff" to be of importance.
