This statistic provides information about the year-on-year percentage change of the value added of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in Italy between 2017 and 2020. It can be observed that the year-on-year percentage change of the value added of Italian SMEs rose between 2017 and 2019. In 2020, the year-on-year value added ratio decreased by 14.2 percent.
