Authenticity of user reviews according to consumers in Norway 2015
This statistic shows to what extent consumers trust that user reviews are authentic, i.e. not published by marketers or sponsored consumers, in Norway in 2015. According to the survey, 40 percent of the respondents are neutral towards user reviews, while 35 percent trust their authenticity to a great or very great extent. Five percent of respondents have very low trust in user reviews.
