Domestically-trained nurses in Chile 2014-2021
In 2021, there were around 72.3 thousand domestically-trained nurses in Chile, up from about 66.1 thousand reported a year earlier. The amount of domestically-trained nurses in the Latin American country has increased sharply by approximately 113 percent between 2014 and 2021. That year, roughly 40 percent of foreign-trained Chilean nurses received training in Colombia.
