Real estate types purchased by LGBT residents in the U.S. 2015-2020
The type of home purchased most by LGBTQ individuals in the United States in 2020 was the detached single-family home, bought by about 81 percent of the community members.
On the other hand, apartment condos were the least purchased type of home by LGBTQ homeowners holding a share of only two percent.
