Installed wind power capacity in Argentina 2015-2021
In 2021, 669 gigawatts of wind power capacity were installed in Argentina, bringing the country's accumulated capacity to nearly 3.3 gigawatts. This represents a nearly twelve-fold increase in comparison to 2015, when the capacity stood below 300 megawatts. In January 2022, wind energy accounted for over nine percent of Argentina's electricity demand.
