Office supply in Metro Manila in the Philippines was forecast to have additional supply of around 1.1 million square meters of Prime and Grade A office spaces by the end of 2021. The expansion of office supply in the country's economic center was estimated to continue in the next four years, with an additional office space of 563 thousand square meters expected to be added in 2025.
