The take-up of office premises in European cities in the first half of 2021 was largest in Germany in Berlin, Munich, Hamburg, and Frankfurt. Over 986 thousand square meters were taken up in total in these cities. These four cities also had the most office space taken up in the first half of 2020. All the cities in this statistic reported increased take-up of office space from the first half of 2020 to the first half of 2021 except Dublin, Amsterdam, Warsaw, and Central London.
