Prime rent of office real estate in Finland 2022, by market
Renting an office in Finland was the most expensive in Helsinki Metropolitan Area in 2022. Stable anchor tenants with a three to five years lease term paid a prime rent of about 38 euros per square meter per month. In Vaasa, the cost for an office space was roughly half of that, amounting to 17 euros per square meter.
