Prime yield for office real estate in Europe Q4 2022, by city
Yields for prime office real estate prime yields were the lowest in Geneva, Zurich, and Paris in the fourth quarter of 2022. In the city center of Geneva, the prime office yield was as low as 2.7 percent. Lower yields suggest lower risk and are usually observed in more competitive markets, where prices also tend to be higher as a result of the high demand. Newcastle, Sofia, and Istanbul were the markets with the highest yields in that quarter, at over seven percent.
