KPMG, in collaboration with DOXA, carries out an annual survey on a sample of about 1,000 bank customers, statistically representative of the Italian population. Starting from data on the diffusion of the use of Internet, mobile devices and social networks in Italy and from an in-depth analysis of the most recent trends (fintech, PSD2, artificial intelligence), the survey aims to analyze the evolution of the relationship of banking customers with the new channels made available by technological innovation (internet banking, mobile banking, social networks, apps) compared to the more traditional touch points (branches, ATMs, call centers).
