According to the source, younger millennials refers to those born between 1990 and 1996 (23 to 29 years old in 2019). The younger generation, born after 1996, is referred to as ‘generation Z’ or Gen Zers, while the older generation born between 1965 and 1980 is referred to as ‘generation X’ or Gen Xers.
