From 2016 to 2018, the average time for a home to be listed for sale and to the sale being agreed has significantly increased in England's capital city, London. In fact, The South East, East of England and London all saw the average times of property transactions increase during this period by over 30 percent. Scotland saw the largest reduction in transaction times with a decrease of 15.6 percent overall.
